With menthol-scented sauna crystals, you can create a real spa atmosphere in your sauna. Using the crystals will give the sauna a fresh menthol scent and sauna bathing will give the skin a unique feeling of coolness. A cooling but harmless bite.

Important: Use with caution, start with a small amount, e.g. with one small crystal of 0.5 cm. Do not put the crystals in cold sauna water, as the crystal does not dissolve in cold water. When in contact with the skin, it causes a special feeling of coldness and also increases the blood supply to the area. This does not pose a danger to the skin, the feeling disappears after a while. Be especially careful not to rub your eyes! Do not place directly on the heating elements of an electric heater - the crystal may ignite! Store the crystals in a closed container at room temperature, do not store them in the sauna, so that the crystals do not dissolve in the container (melting point approx. 41 °C). Keep out of reach of children.

Directions for use: When using the sauna, carefully place the crystal on a sauna stone or in a sauna bucket filled with warm water. For a more subtle menthol scent, place the crystal in a sauna bucket filled with warm water. The crystals are made from peppermint oil (mentha arvensis), so they are strong and very effective; a small piece will provide a refreshing menthol rush. Excellent product for flu season.
