OPA KENNO Cast Iron Wok Pan, Ø30cm

Kenno PRO pans are steel pans with a honeycomb hi-low structure that prevents food from sticking to the surface. They are ideal for searing in combination with butter and oil, giving dishes a rich flavor and a crispy golden finish. Cast iron retains heat very well, so we recommend cooking at lower temperatures. Thanks to the steel handle, the pan is also oven-safe.

Despite being made of cast iron, the pan is easy to handle – the Kenno model is up to 50% lighter than standard cast iron pans. The thick base ensures excellent heat retention. The durable non-stick surface allows you to use less fat when cooking, prevents sticking, and makes cleaning easy.

Note: The handle heats up during use. Always use a protective glove when handling the pan. Do not overheat an empty pan.
